If you get David Goodson, he will work tirelessly and strive to make sure you’re as screwed as could possibly be. He will straight up take whatever the first offer is from prosecution with zero push back. Ineffective counsel doesn’t even begin to describe him. I raised money to pay for an attorney just to make sure he wasn’t on my case anymore.

Valley Defenders is seemingly Ineffective Assistance Of Counsel and tends to work against innocent defendants. Beware in particular of Whitney Gardner – as she is very dismissive, rude, accusatory, and permanently damaging to DV Victims and Survivors.
