This lawyer is a crook. He should be in prison. Acted like he new what he was doing. Did not even remember my son’s name in court. Got him a terrible deal. And promised. Less time in sentencing.basically stole $15,000 from us. And stole another $25,000 from my boss.
Crook crook crook!!! This Man stole thousands of dollars. Highered him. He did very minimal on the case. Just enough to pull me along. He refused to return it. He is being investigated by the discipline depart. I never got back the $10,000 I hired him. He deposited the money from my settlement in his Trust Account then refused to give it to me. I had to hire another attorney.
Be aware – DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER. We hired him in June 2022 for adjusment of status, paid him $6500 and up to this day he didn’t even file. He refuses to return my file or get part of my money back. Biggest procrastinator you’ll ever meet, he will take your money and ignore you indefinetly. He also has reprimands in the past. STAY AWAY
