Brittney and Brian are some of the most incompetent and unprofessional attorneys I’ve ever worked with. They failed to bring motions in a timely manner, pressured to settle with the opposition for more than was being asked for, and were then surprised when their excuse of “we’re super busy with other cases so please give us a continuance” was met with mockery by the judge. Had I ignored Brittany’s counsel and done what I knew was right at the start, I would have saved thousands and had a better outcome. It was only when I ignored Brian’s counsel to roll over that I was ultimately successful in defending my rights.
I was working with Brian for about 2 weeks with my mothers probate. He called a hour for our second appointment and wanted to cancel or send me to another in house attorney. I said i rather work with you. We set appointment, met with one another, all he wanted to talk about were his fees. He was very difficult to work with. I do not recommend him or the law firm…
Brian and Brittany took over my case after I was left with a huge bill and no progress from another law firm and a year and a half of going nowhere. I was very impressed as to their responsiveness and helpfulness. They were always right on top of everything, were very knowledgeable, helpful and just a phone call away when needed. They wrapped up my case quickly. I would use them again in a heartbeat if needed.. I highly recommend this firm and the work they do..
