Larry Woodward refers to his own and clients of other attorneys within and outside of his office to specific physicians for his and the attorneys financial gain. Larry Woodward selects these physicians, tells his clients not to mention it to any which is insurance fraud, and those physicians charge an astronomical fee for tests and procedures because of these illegal referrals and practices. This abuse of clients comes along with him and the attorneys he recommends and assigns to illegally keep much larger portion of individual client lawsuits than the state percentage or set amount based on Virginia Law. He demands clients sign a power of attorney or will withhold their money longer in turn allowing him to illegally take a higher percentage and more. He uses his staff member Diane that says that he will not file your case with state after it is resolved which is also illegal and to be reported to the Bar Association. He accepts referrals from criminals that he is aware are criminals at the time of referral and uses them to threaten his own and clients of other attorneys within and outside of his office for financial gain. While taking advantage of clients referred to his office by criminals and asked to provide a copy of your record repeatedly from his office he refuses to provide the copy of the records and continues his invasive and threatening tactics.
