The worst communication, unwillingness to help or negotiate, never will answer the most direct questions and will dance around the answer with vague replies or redirect the conversation. Will not talk on the phone and take days on end to reply to any emails without even answering the primary concern of your email. Unprofessional, discourteous, and overall, an absolute headache to deal with; only increasing your stress and helping maintain your blindness of your situation.

I know that everyone has an opinion. I always tried not to go by others judgement. But this firm is the WORST!!!!! After reaching out via email to get a garnishment reduction (one I never even new anything about). They stated that only the court is able to do the reductions. How ever I am fully aware that is not true. Most companies will work with you and reduce the garnishment. Yes its a debt! And needs to be repaid. But as we all know that things happen in life and finances change. This company is even worth 1 star!!
