She is unprofessional, unresponsive, unreliable and she does not work for the best interests of her clients. I am the POA of one of her clients that she has been dishonest in his representing him. She has been is appointed attorney for almost a year. Sharri took a plea deal to him, supposedly explained it to him, she has him plead quality on record. Sharri then as his attorney, ask the court to order a competency test. Sharri knew her client history, Sharri supposedly had conversations with her client prior to this date. Sharri so why on the day you coherence him into a plea, you then decide to stand before the court and say he isn’t competent? I have reached out to Sharri prior to this plea no response, I have explained to her that he doesn’t articulate well but he does understand what is being said to him. He has a 30 year old brain injury. Innocent bystanders shot in the head by a drive by, he still has bullet fragments in his head. Sharri/DEA showed him a video of his wrong doing. Sharri supposedly did her job and explained to him is opposition. He is still in jail and now has to wait until 10/10/24 for a hearing, with no set time for a competency test. Due to the stress and push backs of his court days twice, he has had a seizure. Her actions as an attorney are deplorable and she should be held accountable.
