After flushing thousands down the toilet for an interstate custody case where VIRGINIA HAD ALREADY ASSUMED JURISDICTION OVER THE COURSE OF A YEAR- this Greg McCrackhead clown comes to court AND WITHDRAWS THE CASE after EASTERN VA LEGAL AID told them to?!?! Malpractice and misrepresentation at its finest. Quick update from 2013 to now- I STILL HAVE NEVER SEEN MY SON and the wife just got a divorce decree in NJ…funny because the NJ filing little Greg withdrew from WAS A FILING CLAIMING HER MARITAL STATUS WAS SINGLE. So now I have a custody/support order claiming we were “single” in 2014 and a divorce decree from 2022 from the SAME STATE. Hands down terrific job of stealing from the poor, legal clowns. Do yourself a favor and get another caree- oh wait- that means you would ACTUALLY HAVE TO READ AND/OR WORK!!!! My bad. Thats asking WAY too much from these people….

I’m very disappointed in The McCracken , they’ve accepted money from a client and haven’t done a d*mn thing or do WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO !!! Dont go to them .
