Jennifer was very rude when I called. I submitted a form online to hear back from the firm, and they scheduled me for a phone consultation without asking for my availability. I moved my work meetings to accommodate the time they scheduled (one day in advance, btw) and now they’re almost 10 minutes late. I called the firm to check and see if I was supposed to call, and Jennifer answered the phone asking if I could hold, but I couldn’t hear her because the phone was very muffled, so I started introducing myself. She rudely interrupted me and repeated “I said can you please hold.” Very unprofessional at every level. Curious how they obtain new clients with this being the first few interactions.
worst law group for filing a bankruptcy. we have been trying to file a simple ch 7 bankruptcy since november. every time we submit the documents they request, they either want something else or claim they didnt get what we sent. Two months ago, we paid the filing fee. They still havent filed. Now they drag it out so that every month, we have to submit another month of paystubs. Now we cant even get them to respond to us. I hate that it is all by text. We are getting ready to file a complaint & will be disputing the filing fee we paid w/ our bank for “services not rendered”. Stay away from this law firm!!!
Completely unprofessional! Scheduled a consultation two weeks ago, was given an appointment time and was told someone would call me. No one did. I gave them a second chance, this time I received no less than 5 texts and emails reminding me of the date and time for the appointment. Still no one called me! Totally irresponsible, unprofessional and horrible customer service! Find a different company to represent you!
