Between him and my brother, he deliberately destroyed my mother’s entire life and estate. Rack was supposed to be my mother’s attorney, but, instead, worked, for free, of course, for my brother. After telling my late 80 year old, BLIND, mother, that I had DIED, they had her sign over her entire estate, plus my share of my grandfather’s trust, to my brother. The share of my grandfather’s trust, alone, was one million dollars! After 4 years of playing games with lawyers, I settled for a paltry 400K of my grandfather’s trust, less the 135K I had to pay my lawyer. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!
Very knowledgeable, very personable, very professional. I would recommend this office to anyone with estate planning needs.
