Great man smart lawyer
This attorney was entrusted with little childrens lives and he failed them. He was made aware of abuse by the father and made aware the father was alcoholic, he too was made aware the childrens babysitter was abusive to the children yet this guy goes to court and totally disregards the childrens well being, I assume because he was a single father! It’s ok if babies are safe and taken care of but this was not the case. This attorney did not care about the children in the least! If you love your children do NOT hire him ! He does NOT care about your children. Do NOT hire him
When searching, reading reviews from different lawyer sites such as Avvo etc. Searching the state bar and reading google reviews and with all the fellow attorney endorsements this attorney had I have to say we were impressed. He did show some passion some the first court case, However after retaining JD Garrett myself and my wife quickly came to realize this is a lawyer who is not a fighter. This is a lawyer who likes to not have tough cases. This is a lawyer who’s communication skills seriously need some work. This is a lawyer who NEVER explains anything, he leaves you the client in the dark which brings on frustration and no understanding whatsoever to his clients.
