Jack Randall is not a defense attorney he is the commonwealth in disguise interview me on a recorded jail phone. Provided commonwealth wealth with new phone number of victim to get them in court which hurt my defense significantly. Lied about plea deals. And didn’t show up for multiple court dates. I would never recommend him or anyone from this firm. This is a real review please trust me. And God Bless you all.
I hired Kevin Frank as my divorce attorney in 2023 for my case that is still ongoing. I moved on from this firm because I didn’t hear from lawyer for over 30 days at a time while trying get to see my children while in separation, and he didn’t present my evidence at my initial hearing to defend me or get me my denied holidays. He also didn’t tell me that I had a case filed against me admitting he knew and failed to. I found out when I was served two months later and had to confront him. He never filed my Counterclaim as a divorce complaint defendant representing me for over a year, and it came up another year later in my divorce trial influencing a judge ruling against me. Lastly, I was never provided a signed copy of my temp order.
