The worst experience of my life . Never would I recommend the firm or individually Trip Franklin . As far as my case went it was all he could drain out of me with nothing in return . Our little town system of Shenandoah valley is good old boy system . Commissioners were were appointed and one of them had even wrote a personal check to my partner for work performed from my business . Those attorneys never disclosed this to me . The judge setting on the bench did nothing . My recommend to anyone get a out of town law firm far away from the valley . I was taken severely and I’m permanently handicapped. They destroyed my life and drained me did not care . I permanently left the Country and humiliation plus hurt still follow my heart .
