Where do I even start? I do not recommend Carolyn. I chose Carolyn to file an adoption, all paperwork was basically done… I just needed an attorney. I explained if it was more than the $2k that the state was offering no big deal!! Carolyn kept telling me they were working on it, had my paperwork over a month! Nothing had been done, I finally went and picked my paperwork up on 10/4. I called multiple times no return calls, to the point my calls were ignored until I would call from a different number. On 10/3 I called to inquire, the receptionist made a remark about it taking so long because the state was only paying $2k?!? I made it clear day one money was not an issue. I’ve had custody of my nephew almost 2 years and he deserves to be adopted, to feel to be a part of a family. Due to Carolyn and her poorly ran office I received a show cause on me because this uncontested adoption still had not been filled. Thank you, Carolyn!
Very friendly, and I felt comfortable speaking with them. I was really upset when I went in and I was at ease when I left.
