I had a felony charge that was supposed to be a misdemeanor charge but I had to say something to him about it. The lady sought no medical care. I shouldn’t have to tell the lawyer that. I feel like he wouldn’t have said anything about it and would have left it a felony charge. That’s not fighting for me personally. Then says to me the prosecutor wants to do the trial now. Lol ummm negative when I was just meeting him and speaking with him for the absolute 1st time. Your sitting there trying to look all hard. Naw who would be smiling or happy in that predicament. My case is on the 7th and I still haven’t spoken with my attorney. I’ve called and left messages. When the assault happened end of January some time. My trial is in 8 days. I’ve only spoken to him once and that was at the preliminary hearing Feb 11th. it’s a shame.
