Covid stops public access
The first time I visited this office was to ask if I could review the evidence their office had against me in my trespassing case. They responded that I had to go through my court appointed attorney. I don’t remember reading that part in the Code of VA or under my constitutional rights. Come to think of it, its not anywhere, and the State denied me my rights. On top of that, there were a million pamphlets from the health department in the waiting area, but done about constitutional or civil rights. Not a printed piece of paper, poster, nothing. Now, if its in there now, then someone paid attention.
