I had Wanda Allen years ago for custody. All she cared about was making sure she got paid and it wasn’t cheap. I think I met with her once and she wasn’t prepared. She wasn’t familiar with the Judge or guardian ad litem sometimes that makes a difference. She comes off as being like pitbull with a lot of mouth until we got in that court room. I went from having primary custody to shared custody. I was never able to gain primary custody back. She also told me to file an appeal after I lost primary custody. I’ve spent a lot of money on lawyers because of her. Not to mention the guardian ad litem held more weight than her. As of right now I still have shared custody. As time went on I got used to. Plus I didn’t have a choice.
Ms Allen was great through my whole bankruptcy process. It was smooth and she and her staff communicated well. Highly recommended.
