I just finished a very long and unprofessional experience with this law firm. In the middle of our transaction, our lawyer and paralegal left the practice. The ball was dropped and I had to chase Mr.Owens to get some resolution. Not once did he accept responsibility for the numerous mishaps, or even apologize.Client satisfaction does not appear to be one of his specialties. Settling an estate is a stressful process in and of itself, they added more stress and aggravation.I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
Amazing to work with, very informative, and willing to answer every question I had. Great communication, which can be very hard to find. Tami has made buying a house a whole lot easier and less stressful for us. I highly recommend.
