Didn’t visit in person, was referred to him by a ReMax Realtor, Chip Underwood. He backed up a false narrative, that my deceased father’s Reverse Mortgage home would be foreclosed on in 30 days by Mortgage Company. I learned this isn’t the case or the normal. He’s also a Property Grabber looking for the short cash sale. Fortunately I called the Mortgage Company after 3 weeks to inquire of the terms. They will not answer any questions until a period of time has elapsed, due to the Heir approval process. Close call. Let’s say he has an agenda, and it’s not for you. I don’t mind someone making money, but not all off of me *
Mr. Martin was great to work with. He is very easy going and was able to help me in my time of need to get our estate taken care of.
