I give two stars (instead of 1) only because I am thankful for my Mother setting up a will, trust and supplemental needs trust (SNT) for our disabled brother. Very disappointed with the SNT as it has proven inadequate for my brother’s future, the worst part is they will not make corrections (even for a fee) to what was, in my opinion, a “boilerplate” document which is wholly inadequate. We will be using a different attorney to make the adequate changes. — Update — Google doesn’t have responses to responses so I’ll say here: Did you read my review? This says something. Of course I’m not the client. My Mother was the client!!

Mike Collins gives an excellent presentation explaining why each of us needs to set up a revocable trust as the basis for our estate planning. His staff does a good job of interviewing us to customize the documents, which include a revocable trust, will, power of attorney and durable power of attorney. We have returned to Collins Firm to update our documents 10 years later. We feel confident that The Collins Firm will be available if needed to interpret our wishes and make sure our life plans are executed.
