I came to court without an attorney for a misdemeanor hit and run case, I just couldn’t afford one but I didn’t qualify for a court appointed attorney. I was gonna be offered a plea deal of just a fine but that would have came with a conviction on my record which could have affected my ability to go to school. I’ve had anxiety about this case since December 2024. Mr. West stepped up and spoke to me briefly about my case and offered his services to me pro bono. He was able to give me a deferral for 12 months of good behavior, pay my court fine, and an 8 hour driving class, if I complete all of these things I’d have my case dismissed. This was a VERY lucky situation for me, to go to court without a lawyer and be blessed like this…I’m eternally grateful to have had him in court today. Thank you SO MUCH Mr. West. Mrs Roarke was my attorney and on my court date she was out for personal business and instead of having my date put off Mr, West stepped in and covered for her and I can honestly say this was the best law firm I’ve ever had representing me and I have nothing but good things to say about both attorneys!!!
