They took care of my workman’s comp claim and delt with all the aggravation from the insurance company. Great work and communication on what was going on.
Everything initially was perfect. Seemed like top notch service. But his paralegal Kristin is very condescending and a smart alllec. I was working with them for at least 6 weeks and although it was a peculiar situation, for them to all of a sudden to decide to fire me as a client was completely uncalled for. At the time I was renting a basement apartment from the people I was filing the lawsuit against. I didn’t want them to receive the letter before I moved out. We had a move out date but then something came up with my new apartment and I asked if we could push it out one week. Later that evening Kristin sent me a rude email about them deciding to no longer work with me and then Doug sent me an email about how someone he knows specifically told him how slip and fall lawsuits are very hard to win in Virginia. Thankfully I was able to find another law office in Leesburg who were able to get me a very nice settlement. I’m just sad at the way I was treated by Kristin and for them wasting 6 weeks of my time!
