I used Ms Clinton several years ago to retain custody of my two grandchildren. She was absolutely wonderful and on the ball. After a year of fighting I retained full custody of them and have seen one graduate and the other is graduating this spring. Thank you Ms Clanton for your dedication.
I have had an absolutely horrible experience with Ms. Clanton! I hired her as my attorney to help me get full custody of my children, which was basically an open and close case because of how their father is and she left me high and dry on my court date with NO lawyer. She did not show up, did not call me and it has been three weeks since my court date and the only person I have been able to get in touch with is her paralegal and that’s sporadically. Also throughout the time of when I hired her and when my court date was, whenever I would e-mail her it took almost a month to get a reply from her and the only way I got a reply was when I would call her office and tell her assistant that I e-mailed and have yet to get a reply. I have demanded my retainer back and will get it back no matter what! This is ridiculous and I am appalled. I do NOT recommend anyone use her and I will be reporting Ms. Clanton to the Va State Board.
