So far I have been charged 600$ and paid 200$ for a consultation and the only thing completed is a conference call. I also somehow no longer have a court date. The deal offered to me was better before Emily Gold got involved in my case. She also did a consultation with me even though there was an obvious conflict of interest. Every email I received from her is full of typos and I honestly believe she was drunk when she wrote them. When I brought up these issues they did nothing to resolve them. Furthermore she has sided with the other party and their attorney on everything. I will be in touch with the bar association and encourage others who had bad experiences with them to do the same. These aren’t lawyers, they are scammers.
We guided our daughter to Emily at Select Partners to handle her divorce. BIG mistake!! She didn’t show up for the first court date. Major red flags with this attorney. Thank goodness we’ve found a more reliable attorney that is providing results.
I have used Mr. Kurylo as my attorney twice for a divorce, once for a prenuptial agreement and lastly to settle child custody support as it was coming to an end. There is a reason why I continued to use Mr. Kurylo over and over again. First of all, his friendliness, compassion and communication skills are what set him apart. I use Mr. Kurylo in this review as professional curtesy, but during our meetings it was a discussion with Matt. He down to earth and is very responsive to emergent and non emergent emails and phone calls. His knowledge of the law is comforting. Nothing stumped him and was always with a plan. All in all, divorce sucks and probably the most trying time I’ve ever had to go through. Having Mr. Kurylo at my side made really made all the difference. Highly recommend his services!!!
