If you want to win, you need Nicole O’Neal!! Nicole is an outstanding attorney who helped us gain full custody of my husband’s children! She goes above and beyond the call. She is well respected amongst all the other local attorneys and has great rapport with everyone in the court system. She knows the intricacies of the law inside and out, and has consistently provided us with top notch legal advice. We can’t thank her enough for everything she has done to help out our beautiful family!
Don’t waste your money with these lawyers. Chapman Good has refused to answer phone calls from his client, my partner, or his client’s family after being incarcerated. Mr. Good charged us $4,000.00 and hardly defended him in court. We were told by Mr. Good that he would work to make a deal to avoid a felony and incarceration. Instead, he conceded completely to the prosecutor, who he appeared friendly with, and offered 0 defense in court. Now that my partner’s is in jail, he has been trying to reach Mr. Good to get a work release order from his judge. Mr. Good refuses to provide any assistance, and his staff couldn’t even tell us who his client’s judge is. Mr. Good did not know who the judge was in a case that he charged $4,000.00 to defend someone in. We’ll be filing a complaint with the VSB once my partner is released. Save yourself $4,000.00 and get a pro bono lawyer instead, they will be more effective.
I am so grateful to Nicole O’Neal and her assistant Julie for their exceptional work during my divorce case. From the very start, Nicole and Julie were prompt, thorough, and relentless in ensuring my case was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. They made sure every detail was addressed, and their dedication to achieving the best possible outcome for me was clear throughout the process.
