I would like to state for the record that these people are the worst in the industry. Germaine Sobral has done nothing for me as my attorney and they essential never rendered any service for all of the money I paid them. 1. their customer service is horrible, you can never get in touch with anyone in that office and then the worst part is that they lie to you and tell you that they will call you back but then they never do so. I don’t understand why they have a phone system if they cant communicate. 2. they lie and tell you that they sent you letters in the mail but they never send anything. 3. They assure customers that they have sent out their immigration documents however they never do. Overall the experience with this attorney and this office was absolutely horrible. They are un-professional and they set up their clients for failure. Germaine Sobral and the entire law office is full of a bunch of unprofessional attorneys that honestly and truly don’t help people but instead set them up for failure. I hope you think twice about hiring these thieves for any service!
