Very disappointing experience. As executor of my deceased mother’s Will, I met with Ms. Cucinelli on October 27th to discuss the steps I needed to take. She advised that I would have to file my mother’s Will with the Probate Court and provide an affidavit stating my mother’s estate was less than $25,000. She said she would have a member of her staff contact the Probate Court to find out what was required and would email me a copy of the affidavit. Neither of those things ever happened. For three weeks I called her office once a week and left a message, requesting the affidavit and Probate Court information. I finally gave up and dealt directly with the Probate Court. It is now February 21st, my mother’s estate is settled, and I’m still waiting to hear from Ms. Cucinelli’s office. I now know why her office required me to pay the $400 fee before our meeting.
I have referred Cary and Valerie to a number of friends and to several of my own clients. They have all reported a very positive experience.
