Based on my recent experience with this firm, I strongly advise seeking legal counsel elsewhere. I was assigned a junior lawyer who failed to inform me that they planned to leave the firm. When I eventually discovered this, I was assured that the transition to another attorney would be smooth and at no additional cost. That was incorrect—my initial attorney departed the firm without handing off my case, causing the firm to scramble. I was eventually assigned an intern, who charged me to get up to speed on my case. Additionally, the departed attorney and the new one, in consultation with his supervisor, had completely different approaches. It was an expensive and unsatisfactory experience with a firm that I had used decades prior, which had unfortunately changed for the worse. In hindsight, I would have been better served by seeking legal counsel from a less prominent firm that offers steadier, more consistent, competent, and personalized service.
Friendly and flexible as well as efficient and reliable. I was very impressed.
