He defended a violent criminal for assault and battery. He attempted to have me convicted on a bogus retaliatory charge. Fortunately, the judge recognized the truth and convicted only his client, Martin McGraw. I found his conduct to be very rude and disrespectful. Abhorrent behavior. And our tax dollars paid the bill. What a joke.
Overall very warmy/ cozy if you will. Great lawyer!!!
Bruce t. Phillips represented us when a renter damaged our property. Mr. Phillips won our case on appeal after another attorney lost the case twice. We were awarded a sizeable judgment against this renter due to the careful preparation, compelling arguments, and diligence Bruce demonstrated in court. He also gave me really good advice when this renter threatened me while the legal process took its course. Bruce is patient, calm, methodical, and reassuring, as well as a pleasure to work with. He is passionate about the law and does an excellent job. We highly recommend him.
