Very disappointing to receive a bill several months after a free phone consultation; or what we thought was free. We were very pleased to have been able to seek counsel from such a well known, long time attorney and firm in the area…we partook in a 15 minute free phone consultation with this firm to discuss the possibility of retaining them for custody and visitation issues of my husband’s son in the Chesterfield Area. We hadn’t yet been able to move forward with the retention of the services and low and behold today we received a bill for almost $200. As a business professional myself, I feel that this is not good practice and inappropriate and a misrepresentation of service.
