I had a very positive experience working with Jason Costanzo and his team on my Estate Plan, and Last Will and Testament. Work was handled professionally and completed in a timely manner.
When I started talking our needs, I was quoted $2000 which I presumed to be a “fixed price” agreement for what had to be done, Later it was raised to to $2200 (I agreed) and then $2250 (I also agreed), Now I find that my account was subjected to what is apparently standard hourly billing as I have been told I owe an additional $9.35. Will it never end? The legal work done was excellent but the billing and the way it was represented left a bit to be desired.
Attorney Costsanzo and his staff were very helpful and proficient preparing our Wills by analyzing our assets, counseling us on our options for passing those assets to our loved ones in the least burdensome means while limiting costs of Probate Court and taxes.
