I hired him to defend me for a very simple criminal misdemeanor case. All was fine until I questioned him and criticized him. He called and went completely off the rails and literally went on a screaming tirade about how I wasn’t going to bring my crap to his table. That’s what we pay attorney’s for isnt it? We bring our crap to them. They present a valid defense. After 5 minutes of his screaming in my ear he agreed to refund my money and we parted ways. He doesn’t have the disposition of a lawn boy let alone a criminal defense attorney in my opinion. I retained another attorney and achieved the only appropriate outcome. Not Guilty. I recommend saving yourself some time and money and going elsewhere for legal representation. The attorney who represented me was less expensive as well. He also presented himself in a much more professional manner both in his conduct and in his appearance. Mr Jackson could use a bit of polishing of his appearance imho.
