Hi, I had Mr. Yi represent me for an accident that occurred in June 2021. I should’ve known that from the jump that I should’ve retained a new lawyer. At the time of the accident, I had two witnesses, And he only settled with one. After speaking with that witness, and getting their details they told him that an adjuster would reach out to him. They never followed up to see if he had time to talk with the adjuster. Fast forward to almost A year later (May 2022); They contact Said witness and ask for his assistance in the trial. They didn’t get a response so they had me contact him. I let them know that I also did not get a response so at that time, Silvia (paralegal) Told me in very little words without a witness we have no case. I tell her OK there isn’t anything I can do. Unfortunately I can’t force someone to testify for me so I assumed she dropped the case. Again Fast-forward to today (3-11-24) I get a call from Mr. Yi Saying that he’s done everything he could, and he will need to drop the case. After hearing him out for about Five minutes or so I started to speak every time I try to get a word out he kept interrupting me. When I asked if he could let me speak he says we’ve already been on the phone for five minutes. So I then said you’re right and you’re no longer my attorney so this phone call has ended.” Which he then say “pfft ok bye FU” Also Every time I would call into the office to speak with him or someone in regards to my case, He was never available and reps would just say “he’s working on it”. When I went into the office to drop off paperwork that they needed, I was supposed to meet him I never did. Please do your research before fully committing.
