No one ever answers the phone, left a message months ago when someone finally answered. No call back. Very poor customer service.
Needed deed work done for properties for my mother and myself. Mr. Ely was recommended to us. I would not recommend this office to anyone else. What we needed done was time-sensitive, as we told him. Four months later, nothing was done. He was always unavailable, on vacation or otherwise couldn’t be bothered. Would not take calls, nor did he ever return a single call. If you need a law office to handle legal work, I highly suggest you find another office that will handle things correctly, in a timely manner and in a much more professional capacity.
