They do not return clients messages. I reached out to this law firm 3 times to speak with someone about my potential suit, they ignored me & didn’t even bother to return any of my messages. It’s fine if you can’t/don’t want to take a clients case but shouldn’t you have enough common courtesy & professionalism to return their messages so they know why?

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the attention, service and professionalism given to me over the course of my case. My interaction with Lovejoy was always helpful and Attorney Jarvis represented me very well at the hearing. He told me after the video hearing “that went well”. He was right!

I had Craig Jarvis he was awesome he walked me threw everything for my disability I would recommend Craig for your disability
