He lacks the ability to separate his personal bias. Poor negotiating skills, and or not willing to put forth an effort in defending his clients. Very unorganized, and likes to hear himself speak. Has a lot of knowledge concerning the law, but falls short in performance. Great at postponing time, in regards to extending, or delaying prosecution. I was found not guilty with a public defender in a similar case. Represented myself in another case, found not guilty. Forced to plead guilty with Stephen Spencer representing me. Not even a plea deal! That’s the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
Worst attorney I have ever worked with. Does not understand Estate Law. Spent 3 years trying to work with him. Fired him. The new attorney solved our case in our favor in just 3 months. Wasted time and money on Mr. Spencer. Beware. Research thoroughly.
