My mother had an appointment that she made1 month ago for trust and will planning. My sister traveled from Nevada and I from Tooele for it. We arrived on time but the door was locked! We knocked and a woman was there. We told her we have an appt but she said Jared was at trial. She acted like we were annoying her. I explained we had traveled for this appt. She just stared at us. I asked if she would check to make sure we had the right date. She acted very put off now but complied. She then confirmed the appointment was that day and at our time of arrival. Then shrugged her shoulders and mumbled lamely, “He was supposed to call you”. She acted like she couldn’t care less about us being totally disregarded. No apology, no attempt to make things right, no attempt to even reschedule, AND Jared never even called to apologize either. Unfortunately I had not read his reviews before, but now I feel like we dodged a bullet!
