Never called me back. I left 3 messages 3 days in a row with a receptionist no less and still no call back. It’s been over a week now. Wouldn’t want to have an emergency need for an attorney and not be able to get hold of them. Not going to use them for this reason.
10/10. Very professional and an honest firm to work with. I personally worked with Randy. Our case could have gone to ways but by listening two ways with the solid counsel Randy offered, it was settled very quickly. Exceptional firm.
Our experience was not great as there was very poor communication. The charges were unclear and seemed unreasonable. Very opaque, inconsistent and excessive invoicing. Too many reasons to list. We will have to go elsewhere. Very disappointed.
