In my view it is a hard job being excellent all of the time with all those who seek help with the death of a loved one. If something breaks down (communication, being late, etc.) the consequences to a family would be frustrating and disappointing. You only have one chance to get everything right. There is a detailed process families go through to get ready for the funeral service; lots of decisions.
