This Lawyer only cares about money and will not help you unless you pay him. He will lie to you like he did me. I hired him for a family case it was a child custody case where my belated wife and I raised a child from birth I signed the birth certificate from the day she was born and the biological mother took her back the day my wife expired and he said it was all good because I signed the birth certificates the day she was born as her father but I was not biologically related that I had nothing to worry about. Went to court and the judge said because the state of Utah has never had a law for a parent that isnt biologically related there were no laws made for it! After he charged me with 1200.00 dollars he then wanted me to pay an additional 1500.00 to take it to trial??? As a lawyer I feel he should have known the laws and just taking it to trial from the original 1500.00 dollars retainer for which I was originally charged from him! Be aware folks!!!!
