Scott is not a good criminal Lawyer. He didn’t care if I ended up in jail or not. His words were “Because I am a citizen I will be fine going in and coming out” That’s not the point. He didn’t defend my case as I thought he would and at the end when I had review hearing and I missed it (Due to improper communication with him) and gave him a call about it, he disrespected me and my mother who has had him as a lawyer for over 5+ years. The disrespect from you Scott was unexpected and I hope you don’t continue to treat your clients like that. You’re hired to defend your clients not just take their money after thousands were sent to you.
One of the most craziest chapters of being a single dad in good ol Utah, was saved in vast amounts of effective and levelled logical work from this gentleman and scholar. I cannot thank him enough.
