Can’t say enough bad about our experience with Catherine- I’d give zero stars if that were an option. The worst experience in every way imaginable. Catherine was hired as a Special Master in our case and was so incompetent and awful that we had to fight to have her removed from our case AND the judge ruled in our favor and removed her (which is so hard to have done!) Catherine is a bitter, jealous single mother who has a personal vendetta against fathers and stepmothers. She is incapable of acting as a neutral party and chooses the mothers’ side to favor (in the most absurd, asinine ways). Instead of fulfilling her role as Special Master by simply enforcing the Parenting Plan, Catherine has somehow decided that if she doesn’t like your Parenting Plan, she’ll just rule in blatant contradiction to it or try to change it to fit what she personally would’ve chosen it to say. She will bill you endlessly in circles for months on end without ever actually reaching any resolutions or making any actual rulings. She will take your case when she is too busy to handle it, then put you on the back burner and call you at 10:00pm to finally talk because “she’s so busy”. In every way, she has hands-down been the very worst of SO many professionals who have been hired in our case. If you’re considering hiring Catherine, run as fast as you can in the other direction! Let the fact that the court had to order her to be removed from our case (while she continued to fight to stay on it, knowing she was absolutely no longer wanted there) speak volumes for itself. She made everything worse for both sides in our case, wasted everyone’s time and money, and we are now STILL all working on trying to clean up the mess she created. I cannot recommend enough staying as far away from Catherine as possible!
