Communication was simple and every individual i spoke with was very professional.
Honestly the worst service I have ever experienced. I was given incorrect information months ago and when I called for clarification Bri and Michelle were absolutely rude and horrible to speak to and spoke at me instead of to me and did not answer the questions I was asking. Instead spoke to me as if I was a dummy. It would do them good to have some understanding and maybe some empathy training. Not every person who has to deal with a garnishment or eviction or judgement against them is in that position because they make poor choices. Sometimes we are forced to make decisions based off the safety of ourselves and our children. Regardless, the people who are having to deal with them are exactly that- PEOPLE and should be treated and spoken to as such. This office definitely works off the culture of pouring salt in wounds.
They are breaking and ignoring the law.
