If I could offer zero stars I would. The Guardian Ad Litem we paid for to represent our children didn’t contact them until the hour before court, she refused to respond to us on all attempts to contact her to provide information and was then offended when we messaged that it was unprofessional to ignore legal clients. Ultimately, she behaved like she was put out to have to do her job and couldn’t be bothered to communicate. We truly believe her lack of care for that actual wellbeing of my kids led to a larger problem that now includes other state departments.
