I had high hopes when I hired Attorney John Funkhouser to represent me, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite the seriousness of my legal matter, Mr. Funkhouser failed to respond to correspondence from the opposing attorney, which has caused me significant complications and delays in resolving my claim. Communication is critical in any legal case, and his lack of follow-through has left me feeling ignored and unrepresented. I cannot express enough my disappointment and frustration from making the mistake of hiring John Funkhouser. I have hired numerous attorneys over the years and none have even come close to his lack of professionalism and responsiveness. Read the other recent reviews! This isn’t an isolated incident. They don’t return phone calls despite leaving multiple messages with the secretary.
Initially answered my questions, gave me direction where to start. I got things in place as instructed. have been waiting two weeks for someone to call me back, or answer my emails. Going with another firm, only because I need someone to atleast return emails. I will do all the leg work myself. I am 1 1/2 from the estate and 3 hours from the attorney. I don’t have time to be chasing the attorney to find out what to do next when a simple email would answer the questions.
