While searching for an attorney for a squatter issue, Frank returned my call right away. He was very kind and spoke with me regarding the issue for quite some time. Unfortunately we didn’t get to work together but he would be first on my list to call when an attorney is needed. He has a great voice too.

Lawsuits are rarely pleasant, especially when you’re on the receiving end. That was my reality for a while, facing off against Carson Law Group PLLC. It felt like an uphill battle against the world. However, I’m leaving this 5-star review because of my positive interactions with the lawyer Francis the friendly receptionist and some other nice lawyer guy (ill explain below) anyways, despite the stress of the situation, I always felt respected. Whether dropping off documents, attending court, or speaking on the phone, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. Francis was focused on the case, but I never felt belittled or dismissed.

Wrote my Dad’s “will” and then didn’t have it on file after he passed away. Then called to ask a simple question and they wouldn’t answer it.
