BRUCE CLEMANT ISJUST ABOUT BILLING, AND HE WILL NEVER RETURN ANY MONEY. I GAVE AN 8000.00 RETAINER PROVIDED ALL SUMARY AND PROPER PAPERS, THEY JUST HAD IT SERVED AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME.
