I wouldn’t recommend them or affiliate Frontier Independent Note Servicing. This guy serviced a loan I hold for some years, but when I needed to foreclose… he outright refused to even send a pre-foreclosure letter, even though they supposedly offer this as a paid service. Really put me in a bind. I depended on them.
