Horribly corrupt. Made one visit to my house in over a year and never cared about my child’s well being. He is now stuck in between two parents with joint custody. One parent who cares about the child’s future and won’t that doesn’t. Now after over a year in court, he has finally been placed in special education just like I told the court and Ms. Joslin he needed. My son has been abused and his mother ran for 45 days without returning him to me, only to get a slap on the wrist. His needs were overlooked and he is suffering because of their flaws as public servants and decent human beings.
