George W. Dodge serves as a Guardian Ad Litem, Conservator and Guardian in Arlington and Fairfax Circuit Court. He has been a Special Justice in Arlington County since May 1988, presiding over several thousand civil commitment cases. He has also served on the Virginia Commission on Mental Health Reform beginning in 2006 and the Virginia Guardianship Task Force that proposed an overhaul of Virginia’s guardianship law that was enacted in 1997. Joi is a 1980 graduate of Shenandoah College and Conservatory of Music, now Shenandoah University. She is trained to work with persons under disability and has extensive experience with documents research and deed preparation.
