Terrible. My mom came here and seeked help and guidance with her immigration case. This lawyer knows nothing. My mom is currently being penalized for 10 years due to a law that was implemented by George W Bush. This lawyer does not have the knowledge to be practicing and or offering services to the less fortunate. My mother worked hard to pay this family everything they asked her to ensure she would be good and pardoned by the government like they said she would. She goes to her meeting in Juarez and she is stuck in Mexico for 10 years due to the ignorance of this lawyer. Lawyers are a shame and should warn their clients of the possibilities of what can happen with their case after reviewing their files. We had to hear it from another lawyer that the The Montemayor law group should have told my mom about the chances of her being punished due to the 10 year ban law but never did. They gave my mother false hope and took her money. I do not recommend anyone to go here.
